Antoine de Charnacé
CEO, Contineo

Contineo is the first industry-supported, open messaging network for private banks and wealth management firms to access issuers of structured products. From best price discovery to order fulfilment and lifecycle management, our users benefit from using our innovative technology to simplify their workflow, meet compliance and regulatory requirements, and gain new insights through unique data analytics.

Contineo is extremely proud to win Asian Private Banker’s Best Structured Product Platform – Multi-dealer award three years in a row. All the more because it is based on votes from end-users, this award is a much-welcomed accolade from the market.

We are proud that the industry chose to renew their trust in the company and in our team. We look forward to providing even better services to all our clients, with exciting new features in the works!

For the third year running, Contineo has impressed the region’s private banking industry by finding new ways to add value for clients by increasing the product range and updating its platform, all the while maintaining significant trading volume.

Serving over 40% of the top 20 private banks in Asia, and backed by the region’s six largest investment banks as well as SIX Group, which operates one of Europe’s largest stock exchanges, Contineo retains its trusted status, onboarding another two private banks year-to-date and boosting its market share to record levels.

“From best price discovery to order fulfilment and lifecycle management, our users benefit from using our innovative technology to simplify their workflow, meet compliance and regulatory requirements, and gain new insights through unique data analytics,” said Antoine de Charnacé, Contineo’s CEO.

To expand its product coverage, Contineo’s multi-dealer platform was further improved by the addition of Bonus Enhanced Note to complement the six existing payoffs. And according to de Charnacé, “more payoffs will be added in 2019, such as Protected Notes”.

In addition to new payoffs, Contineo is currently putting the final touches on its lifecycle module which will process and centralise event notifications generated by issuers as well as monitor live positions and underlying performance. Not only will this value-add offer clients improved pricing and transaction features, but it will also equip private banks and wealth managers with the means to better serve end-clients through active product monitoring.

Further, given growing data stores and increasingly stringent regulations, Contineo provides data analytics via its customisable business intelligence tool, through which buy-side clients can evaluate their positioning and analyse market trends in real time while also meeting regulatory requirements.

Owing to its comprehensive product offering and significant trading volume, the private banking industry named Contineo the Best Structured Product Platform – Multi-dealer for the third consecutive year.
