Deutsche Bank to connect clients via WhatsApp with Symphony’s solution

Deutsche Bank has enabled the Symphony Connect Solution to chat and collaborate with its clients via WhatsApp, the German bank and Palo Alto-based technology firm Symphony announced on Thursday.
