We need certain information to provide our products and services such as an email address to receive an email newsletter, or your job title, company name, email address and telephone number for conference/webinar registration/confirmation.
We do not and will ask for, track or collect any sensitive information about you. This includes personal information such as your race, gender, religion, ethnicity or political opinion.
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website (www.asianprivatebanker.com) will be collected and stored by us.
If you register for one of our events or webinars, either through our website, or via an emailed enquiry for registration access, that information will be collected and stored by us.
We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. Anonymity of responses in any published findings from the research will not feature any contact details of the provider of the information, though we will still maintain an internal record and that information will be collected and stored by us.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers.

Asian Private Banker uses social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for its advertising and marketing activity. These sites may include both organic and paid methods that rely on tags and targeting of user behaviour as defined by the social media platform’s technology.
Users of these platforms will have previously consented to their data being used according to their personal preferences, and Asian Private Banker’s access to individual profiles within those platforms is determined by such permissions and preferences.

All data we collect is stored securely in a cloud based CRM application. Access to the cloud is strictly controlled by our operations and data team with double authentication access control required. Data collected can only be viewed and processed by approved Asian Private Banker personnel. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this storing and processing policy.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. We do not sell our data to any organisation. The only data that is shared externally to Asian Private Banker is the delegate lists of our webinars or live events to the sponsors of those events.
Such information will only include the name, job title, work email, location and telephone number of the event delegate/webinar listener
