We do not, and never will sell our data to any organisation. The only data that is shared externally to Asian Private Banker is the delegate lists of our webinars or live events to the sponsors of those events.
Such information will only include the name, job title, work email and location of the event delegate/webinar listener.
These sponsors may contact you after the event for feedback via email and send you marketing via email.
Asian Private Banker is not responsible for their privacy practices and their interactions with you. It remains entirely at your discretion whether you accept contact from them and we advise all sponsors that our sharing of delegate data is in no way a guarantee of future communications.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDINGS
There may be photographers/videographers at our events to capture content and the event experience for use in future event marketing, or APB promotional material across online and offline channels. If you are filmed, photographed, and/or recorded as part of any of our events, your image or likeness may be used.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for third partner marketing purposes.
You have the right to ask us not to be featured in any APB marketing material where your image/likeness is used.
You have the right to review, correct or delete your information upon request, noting by doing so, however, that you will no longer be able to access particular areas of our website (if you are a subscriber), or receive invitations to attend events, or participate in future industry forums.
