Global tech budgets to shrink by 2.4% in 2015

Despite talk of expanding technology budgets at private banks here in Asia, in the immediate short-term, IT budgets at banks worldwide are expected to dip by 2.4% this year to US$486.3 million, say Gartner analysts.
