Julius Baer aims to be first foreign bank to issue AT1s in Singapore

Private banking pure play Julius Baer intends to list subordinated bonds on the Singapore Exchange after meeting fixed income investors today, subject to relevant approvals. If successful, the Sing dollar-denominated Basel III-compliant Additional Tier 1 (AT1) notes will be the first from a foreign bank in Singapore.
