SFC orders Societe Generale Private Bank to repay clients US$11 million

Societe Generale has been ordered by the Securities and Futures Commission to reimburse clients because it failed to properly disclose the fees of over-the-counter (OTC) products. Without admitting any liability, the bank has agreed to repay the full value of fees charged along with interest costs (US$11 million) to affected customers.
