Award Summary

The prestigious Employer of the Year award recognises a private bank or wealth manager that has implemented initiatives intended to make it an outstanding place to work for employees across front-, middle- and back-office, as well as other departments crucial to its day-to-day running. Such initiatives can include, but are not limited to: compensation, professional development, employee wellbeing, work/life balance, charitable and environmental programmes, and diversity/equity/inclusion. The winner is chosen at the discretion of the Judging Panel and, as such, there is no formal submission process for this award. However, the Judging Panel invites industry input and nominations.
