As the largest US bond ETF listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CSOP FTSE US Treasury 20+ Years Index ETF has more than doubled in AUM year-to-date, reaching US$176 million.
Compared to US Treasury ETFs listed in Europe and the US, this ETF offers tax efficiency and trading liquidity during Asian hours, enabling investors to position themselves in US Treasuries at a relatively tight trading spread before the US market opens. Investors can enjoy dividend income and potential capital gains thanks to its portfolio of long-term US Treasury bonds, which have delivered a year-to-date total return of 5.72% in USD. It also serves as protection against stock market fluctuations.
