Hao Jie Poh

Hao Jie Poh (Singapore) joined KKR in 2024 and is a Director on the Global Client Solutions team. He works with private banks, wealth management platforms and family offices to deliver KKR’s investment solutions to their advisors and clients. Mr. Poh joined from Deutsche Bank Private Banking, where he co-led the advisory solutions business for emerging markets and was responsible for advising private clients across alternatives and mutual funds solutions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he led the private equity advisory business for Credit Suisse South Asia and Bank of Singapore. Her responsibilities span the regulatory and policy frameworks for securities intermediaries, fund and asset management businesses, wealth management services, investment products, and technology-enabled capital market development.

Drawing on her extensive experience in financial regulation and the financial industry, Ms. Kongsakul works to strengthen Thailand's wealth and asset management ecosystem. Her focus includes broadening access to domestic and international investment opportunities, supporting responsible product and service innovation, and ensuring that market development is underpinned by sound governance and investor protection.

Her current policy portfolio also includes initiatives to enhance Thailand's competitiveness as a regional wealth management hub, foster an enabling and trusted environment for family offices, and connect global capital with opportunities in Thailand.

With nearly 30 years of experience in investment and wealth management, Narit leads one of Thailand’s largest team of private bankers overseeing close to Baht 1 trillion in AUM. Under his leadership, the group has been recognized as the Best Private Bank in Thailand by multiple global institutions. Narit holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BBA in Finance from Chulalongkorn University.

Kevin Lo

Senior Private Credit Specialist, Partners Group

Kevin Lo is a member of the Private Credit Business Development business unit, based in Hong Kong. He has been with Partners Group since 2025 and brings over 17 years of industry experience. Prior to Partners Group, he served as Head of Credit managing the public and private credit portfolios of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, one of the world's top 10 largest charitable donors. Prior to this role, he was a Portfolio Manager leading the US fixed income business at Russell Investments and a Senior Fixed Income Analytics Specialist on the Asian fixed income team at Fidelity International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Adrian Mazenauer

Adrian Mazenauer is the Chief Executive Officer of SCB Julius Baer and one of its founding executives. Since 2019 he has helped build the firm into one of Thailand’s leading wealth managers, recognized as Best International Private Bank – Thailand by Asian Private Banker and as Best Pure-Play Private Bank by Euromoney for several consecutive years. With 30 years in private banking, including 20 across Asia and 15 as a relationship manager, he brings a grounding in the craft that informs how he leads.

Adrian is an Accredited Director by the Thai Institute of Directors, a Board Member of the Thai-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, and Director of The 45 Academia. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a postgraduate diploma in Global Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Win Phromphaet

Executive Chairman, Kasikorn Asset Management

Win Phromphaet, CFA is Executive Chairman of Kasikorn Asset Management, one of the largest fund houses in Thailand with total AUM of US$58 billion. Win has over 22 years of professional experience in Investment Management.

Prior to this, Win was EVP - Head of High Net-Worth Division, Bank of Ayudhya PCL and Chief Investment Officer of Principal Asset Management. Before that, he was Head of Investments and Deputy Spokesperson of the Social Security Office, Thailand's largest institutional investor.

Win holds a BA in Economics (International Program) from Thammasat University in Bangkok and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands. His MBA study was sponsored by the Royal Thai Government Scholarship. Win is a former President of the CFA Society Thailand and currently serves as a Board Member of the Association of Investment Management Companies (AIMC). He was awarded an Outstanding Civil Servant in 2006 and a Rising Star Economist in 2014. He authored 3 books; ‘Invest Like A Pro’, ‘Career in Finance’ and ‘Career in Finance: Revised Edition’.

Hao Jie Poh

Director Global Client Solutions Singapore, KKR

Hao Jie Poh (Singapore) joined KKR in 2024 and is a Director on the Global Client Solutions team. He works with private banks, wealth management platforms and family offices to deliver KKR’s investment solutions to their advisors and clients. Mr. Poh joined from Deutsche Bank Private Banking, where he co-led the advisory solutions business for emerging markets and was responsible for advising private clients across alternatives and mutual funds solutions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he led the private equity advisory business for Credit Suisse South Asia and Bank of Singapore. Mr. Poh started his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and held investment roles at IFC (World Bank) and Morgan Stanley Investment Management, deploying capital into private equity direct deals and funds. Mr. Poh holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Business Administration degree from National University of Singapore and is a CFA Charterholder. 

James Savastano, CFA

Head of Asia Pacific & Middle East | Investment Strategist, Lord Abbett

James Savastano is Head of Asia Pacific & Middle East at Lord Abbett, where he leads the firm’s regional growth strategy and plays a central role in delivering investment strategy and portfolio dialogue to institutional and private capital clients. He partners with sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, endowments, private banks, and family offices to advise on portfolio construction, risk positioning, and long term capital deployment across public and private markets, with a particular focus on credit and alternative strategies.

Prior to this role, he led Lord Abbett’s institutional investment engagement in EMEA and previously worked at Lazard, advising institutional investors on portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment implementation. He holds a BA in Global Business, is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder, and is a member of CFA Society Singapore.

Chalothorn Vashirakovit

Partner, Climate, TPG

Chalothorn Vashirakovit (Boat) is a Partner at TPG based in Singapore and heads the investment activities for The Rise Funds and Rise Climate for Southeast Asia. He is also closely involved in Capital Asia Funds.

Prior to joining TPG, Boat spent a decade in investment management across Asia. He was most recently the Head of Southeast Asia investments for Lone Star Funds where he transacted across the region in both credits and private equity investments. Prior to Lone Star Funds, Boat was Senior Vice President of Clearwater Capital Partners, an Asia-dedicated special situations fund manager based in Hong Kong. Boat’s investment career has spanned across various Asian geographies including Southeast Asia, Australia and India. His experience also covers numerous sectors such as telecommunication, financial services, real estates, agricultural, engineering services and natural resources. Before his investment career, Boat was a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Senior Officer with the Singapore Government.
