US-based Vanguard is introducing 19 new funds and ETFs, which track major benchmarks including FTSE, MSCI, Russell and S&P. The ETF fees will be as low as 35bp. On the equity side, Vanguard is adding a suite of seven funds with ETF shares to offer exposure to the large cap Russell 1000 Index and small cap Russell 2000 Index series….
