The Queen’s private bank, Coutts, has found its head of North Asia. Former GAM head of clients and head of business, David Lam, will join Coutts as managing director and head of North Asia, effective 29 May, 2013. In his Hong Kong-based role, Lam will be responsible for private banking teams focussed on Hong Kong, Greater China, and the Philippines….
