Franklin Templeton has hired another former private banking senior investment executive as part of its wealth push in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Steven Xia joined the US asset manager as a director for private markets, Asia wealth. A spokesperson for Franklin Templeton confirmed Xia’s appointment and added that he will report to Jiun Wen Chee, head of private markets, APAC wealth….
