SFC appoints chairman and non-executive director, incumbent chairman Fong’s term ends

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) appoints former KPMG executive, Carlson Tong, as chairman of the SFC and Kelvin Wong as non-executive director, effective as of October 20, 2012.
