Markets had an air of capitulation today as the Hang Seng Index broke 19,000. North Korean leader Kim Jong-il added a regional flavour to anxieties as he spoke of the possibility of war if South Korea retaliates for the torpedoing of one of its ships. Otherwise the worries were all Eurozone related with investors increasingly preoccupied by Spanish sovereign debt….
