FINMA slams Coutts for serious AML breaches

Enforcement proceedings brought by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) against Coutts have concluded, with the Swiss regulator revealing multiple regulatory breaches in the private bank’s dealings with Malaysia sovereign fund, 1MDB.
