Hong Kong has signed a double-taxation treaty with Jersey in yet-another validation of the offshore financing centre’s efforts to be more transparent with investor and tax data. The treaty, which was signed by by Hong Kong’s secretary for financial services K C Chan and Jersey’s chief minister senator Ian Gorst, will allow for a greater information exchange between both parties….
