Submission Guidance

• Articulate the bank’s value proposition and business strategy for providing services to IAMs/EAMs/MFOs in Asia
• Detail intermediaries offering including investments/products, servicing and support, and technology solutions, highlighting key enhancements made during the year under consideration
• Detail operational improvements and strategic investments made during the year under consideration
• Where appropriate, provide case studies that represent the bank’s core strengths and points of differentiation as a provider of services to intermediaries
