It is a matter of great pride for us to be recognised as the Best Domestic Independent Wealth Manager – India at Asian Private Banker’s 12th Awards for Distinction, for the third consecutive year! We owe this to the trust that clients have placed in us and to the holistic approach of our insights-based and expertise-driven platform.

Within our ecosystem, we have built a formidable practice that, we believe, fulfils the ever-evolving requirements of the current and future needs of UHNWIs, large family offices and corporate treasuries. We have grown from strength to strength on the back of a sharp client focus and bespoke solutions. We remain committed to leading with exceptional ideas through innovative offerings and through insights that are ahead of the curve. Our “client first” approach has allowed us to foster deep engaging relationships.

What was behind the judges’ decision?

  • During the period under consideration, Avendus Wealth Management markedly grew client AUM, added a substantial number of U/HNWIs as clients, and raised an impressive amount of capital for funds and private placements. Additionally — and remarkably for India’s wealth management sector — about half of AUM is in discretionary mandates, ensuring more predictable and recurring revenue streams
  • In 2022, Avendus Wealth Management launched one of the most ambitious and comprehensive mobile apps for clients and internal stakeholders in the local market. Among the services offered by Avendus Wealth App are detailed portfolio analytics, investment ideas and recommendations, as well as thought leadership
  • Avendus Wealth Management has greatly increased collaboration across the Avendus group, boosting its overall ‘one-bank’ proposition. This had a direct impact on client acquisition, with Avendus Wealth Management enjoying a strong number of referrals from the investment bank
