Vincent Chui

Vincent Chui is managing director and head of wealth management, Asia Pacific for Morgan Stanley. He is also the Chief Executive of Morgan Stanley Bank Asia Limited, a licensed bank in Hong Kong. Prior to assuming his current role, he was the head of institutional equity distribution for Asia Pacific, responsible for the distribution of primary and secondary Asia equity products globally.

Vincent started his career with the Administrative Service of the Hong Kong Government and remains active in public service. Vincent holds an MBA jointly conferred by the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and HKUST Business School, and a BBA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He attended postgraduate studies in public administration at the University of Oxford. He is a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and a fellow of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

Amy Lo, JP
Chairman of Global Wealth Management Asia, Co-Head Wealth Management Asia Pacific, UBS Global Wealth Management; Head and Chief Executive, UBS Hong Kong

Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining UBS in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including regional head of ultra high net worth and global family office in Asia. Today, the ultra-high net worth business is the leading wealth manager for ultra-high net worth individuals in the region.

Actively involved in the development of the private banking industry in Hong Kong, Amy chairs the executive committee of the Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), and is a board member of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council (FSDC).

In recognition of her contribution to the wealth management industry, Amy was named Private Banker of the Year in the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction 2020. She also received the Executive Award at the DHL/SCMP Business Awards 2018 for her efforts in building UBS as a corporate citizen in Hong Kong.

Yi Wang
Managing Director & Head of Quantitative Investment, CSOP Asset Management

Yi Wang is managing director and head of quantitative investment at CSOP Asset Management Ltd. He oversees all ETF product investment activities including equity ETFs, leveraged and inverse ETPs, money market fund ETFs and fixed income ETFs. He also oversees the active fixed income portfolio management. He is a voting member within the CSOP investment committee and deputy chairman of the CSOP responsible investment committee.

Prior Joining CSOP, Yi was in Redington LLP (London) focusing on UK and EU pension/insurance investment solutions. He graduated from the University College of London with a major in mathematics and CASS Business School with a master’s degree in actuarial science.

Peter Tung
Regional Head, Private Banking, Greater China & North Asia, Standard Chartered Bank

Peter is a seasoned private banker with close to 30 years of experience managing UHNW and family offices in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He honed his career building teams to grow the private wealth management business in Morgan Stanley, covering UHNW/family office clients, and championing the ‘Billionaire’ coverage teams as the UHNW region head of Greater China in UBS. Peter joined Standard Chartered from DBS Hong Kong, where he was head of Greater China Region Private Bank and Treasures Private Clients. Prior to DBS, Peter was a partner of a global investment and advisory firm focusing on smart city investments in Mainland China.

Peter graduated with a major in Asian studies and economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an MBA in corporate finance from the Columbia Business School.

David Louie
CEO, Hong Kong & Head of North Asia, EFG Bank

David Louie is the CEO and head of North Asia, EFG Bank AG, Hong Kong.

David Louie is responsible for driving EFG’s growth momentum in the Hong Kong market and a member of EFG Bank’s Asia business committee. David Louie is a highly experienced wealth management professional with over 38 years in the industry. Before joining EFG, he served as market group head China at Credit Suisse for 11 years. He was also a member of the APAC management committee and an executive officer for Credit Suisse AG’s Hong Kong Branch.

Prior to that, David Louie was a vice chair at Safra Sarasin. He also held senior roles in Clariden Leu Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and Deutsche Bank AG Hong Kong.

Victor Aerni
Chief Executive Officer, Pictet Wealth Management Asia

Victor Aerni is an equity partner of the Pictet Group and was appointed CEO of Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) Asia effective April 1, 2023. Before this, he was the zone head, responsible for German speaking Switzerland at PWM since April 2009, while also overseeing the PWM Zurich office covering multiple markets in Europe as well as Asia. During his tenure, he developed Pictet into a leading wealth manager in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

Prior to joining the firm, he was at the Boston Consulting Group for 16 years, where he was promoted to a partner in 2000 at the age of 31. His management consulting activities covered banking in Switzerland as well as the global private banking and wealth management businesses.

He has a degree in international business and economics from Sophia University, Tokyo, where he lived for four years. He speaks fluently Spanish (mother tongue), German, English, French, Italian and Japanese.

Michelle Shi
Head CIO Global Investment Management Alternative Solutions APAC, UBS Global Wealth Management

Michelle Shi joined UBS in 2022 as head of CIO global investment management alternative solutions APAC, where she is responsible for the bank’s alternatives offerings for the private wealth clients in the region.

Michelle has more than two decades of experience in the financial industry, and an established track record in the Alternatives investment industry. She joined UBS after a decade with State Street Global Advisors and GE Asset Management where her last role was head of Asia private equity, managing the Asian private equity investments and private credit investments on behalf of a large US pension fund. In that role, she oversaw the Asia portfolio including funds, direct investments, and co-investments.

Michelle received a Bachelor of Accountancy (banking and finance) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and holds the CFA, CAIA and CA charters.

Chin Lit Yee
Head Southeast Asia, Bank Julius Baer

Chin Lit Yee is head Southeast Asia and is responsible for Julius Baer’s business presence and client base in Southeast Asia, leading relationship management teams and senior bankers.

A veteran in the financial industry, Chin Lit has broad experience in the financial markets for over 30 years and pioneered several investment advisory teams at various private banking establishments.

Always striving to reinvent himself, Chin Lit collaborates with institutions to offer clients new levels of advisory services that are both relevant and intuitive. His ability to lead, build and motivate private bankers to perform at their utmost, was a result of him being very hands-on in managing his teams and leveraging their strengths, expertise and diversity to provide best-in-class day-to-day services to clients.

Before joining Bank Julius Baer, Chin Lit was the managing director and head of Indonesian Market at Coutts & Co Ltd, Singapore. Prior to that, Chin Lit held managing director roles at Credit Suisse AG, Clariden Leu and Deutsche Bank AG. In those roles, Chin Lit’s key areas of responsibilities were building and managing teams to meet the investment advisory and wealth management needs of clients in the Singapore and Indonesian markets. He started his private banking experience in the early 1990s with stints at Swiss Bank Corporation and JP Morgan.

Chin Lit graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration Degree from the National University of Singapore in 1988, and started his banking career with Citicorp Investment Bank.

Jin Yee Young
Managing Director, Co-Head Global Wealth Management, Asia Pacific, UBS Global Wealth Management; Country Head, UBS Singapore

Jin Yee Young is co-head UBS Global Wealth Management, Asia Pacific, with primary responsibility for Singapore, Southeast Asia and onshore locations. Additionally, Jin Yee also holds the role of country head UBS Singapore.

In these roles, Jin Yee will continue to strengthen the strategic positioning of Singapore and Southeast Asia by increasing market share and delivering UBS’s growth strategy within Asia Pacific.

Jin Yee has more than 25 years of experience in Asia’s wealth management industry. Prior to joining UBS, Jin Yee Young was managing director and head of the international private bank Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank AG. She was with Credit Suisse for almost 20 years and her last role with Credit Suisse was deputy head of wealth management APAC, head of wealth management Singapore, deputy CEO Singapore and CEO for SymAsia Foundation.

Jin Yee holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences (Honors) from the National University of Singapore, majoring in economics.

Michael Blake
CEO Asia, Union Bancaire Privée

Michael Blake is CEO Asia for Union Bancaire Privée (UBP). In this capacity, he is responsible for the leadership and development of UBP’s wealth management business in Asia. He brings to the role a track record of leading cross-cultural teams during periods of growth and transformational change.

Michael joined UBP in 2016 upon its successful acquisition of Coutts International. Prior to this, he was chief executive of Coutts International with responsibility for leading its international wealth management business and overseeing its integration with UBP in Europe and Asia.

Michael has lived in Asia for much of the past two decades and is active in various international affairs forums. He read philosophy, politics and economics at Oxford University and studied Mandarin in Beijing.

Shen Tan
Managing Director – Asia, Lazard Asset Management

Shen Tan is a managing director and the head of Lazard Asset Management’s Asia ex-Japan. He began working in the investments industry in 2000. Prior to joining Lazard in 2018, Shen was a managing director responsible for the Asia ex-Japan institutional business at Capital Group. Prior to that, he was a partner and global head of sales for Income Partners Asset Management. He has a Masters of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from the University of New South Wales.

Steve Wreford
Managing Director & Portfolio Manager/Analyst, Lazard Asset Management

Steve Wreford is a portfolio manager/analyst on the global thematic equity team. Steve is a member of Lazard’s executive leadership team and the fundamental equity investment management group. He began working in the investment field in 1995. Prior to joining Lazard in 2010, Steve was a partner and portfolio manager with Hampstead Capital.

Previously he was a portfolio manager with Scudder/Deutsche Asset Management, equity research analyst with CCF Charterhouse, and chartered accountant with KPMG. He has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Aston University. Steve is a member of New York Society of Security Analysts.

Pamela Hsu Phua
Chief Executive Officer Asia, VP Bank

Pamela Hsu Phua is chief executive Officer Asia of VP Bank, which is headquartered in Liechtenstein. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for driving the bank’s unique open investment architecture, corporate growth, and strategic operations in Asia.

With more than 20 years of experience in international banking gained in Hong Kong, Singapore and Switzerland, Pamela is a proven and well-respected leader in the Asian region and beyond, with an excellent track record in the family office and intermediaries space. She has an extensive network throughout Asia’s financial markets and was head of Pictet’s Asia Family Office before joining VP Bank.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance and international business from the National University of Singapore. She is a board member of Child’s Dream Association – Switzerland, and sits on the global board of International Care Ministries.

Christine Wong
Head of Wealth Planning, Greater China & North Asia, Bank of Singapore

Christine Wong joined as Bank of Singapore’s head of wealth planning, Greater China and North Asia, at its Hong Kong branch in May 2022. She is responsible for managing and growing the bank’s wealth planning, family office and trust offerings where she and her team will provide holistic solutions to clients in Greater China and North Asia.

Christine is an industry veteran with over 25 years of trust and wealth planning experience, assisting wealthy families in Greater China and North Asia on the strategic structuring of their trust, tax, estate and succession plans. She has held a variety of senior wealth planning positions within the wealth management industry, including Edmond de Rothschild, Credit Suisse and HSBC Private Bank, where she was the head of private wealth solutions for Greater China.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and finance, and a Bachelor of Law degree. She is fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.

Wee-Kiat Tan
Co-Chief Investment Officer & Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia

Based in Singapore, Wee-Kiat Tan is co-chief investment officer and head of the discretionary portfolio management team at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia. He is responsible for the team’s investment strategy as well as equities-related portfolios.

Prior to this, Wee-Kiat was the firm’s head of research in Indonesia and was instrumental in growing the team, which was ranked No. 1 in 2015 and No. 2 in 2014 in Institutional Investor’s All-Asia Research Team survey. Before that, Wee-Kiat led the Hong Kong/China energy research team in Hong Kong. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 from ABN Amro, where he was the head of energy and materials research in Hong Kong. He started his career in CSFB Singapore as an industrial analyst.

Wee-Kiat graduated with a Bachelor of Business (1st Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Evonne Tan
Managing Director, Head of Barclays Private Bank Singapore, Barclays

Evonne Tan has been head of Barclays Private Bank Singapore since March 2021. She is a member of the Barclays Singapore Management Team which oversees business strategy, risk management and governance for the Barclays Bank PLC Singapore Branch.

A banking veteran with three decades of expertise in the financial services sector, Evonne has expertise in bespoke one-bank and structured financing solutions, and private wealth management, covering primarily UHNW families and their family offices. She advises UHNW clients on various aspects of investments and structuring, including asset allocation, portfolio management, structured financing solutions, family office advisory and family governance, among others. Evonne also works closely with clients on their sustainability objectives and impact investments.

Prior to Barclays, Evonne was market team head for the UHNW Singapore business at UBS Singapore. Evonne is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds a master’s degree in advanced finance from the University of Bern and a master’s degree in wealth management from the University of Rochester – Simon Business School.

Stefan Lecher
Regional Head of Investments & Wealth Solutions, Asia Pacific, HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth

Stefan leads the investments and wealth solutions team for HSBC in Asia Pacific to deliver best-in-class wealth products and solutions to clients of wealth and personal banking. Stefan is responsible for the chief investment office, discretionary and advisory mandates, capital markets, funds, alternatives and insurance solutions in Asia-Pacific.

Before joining HSBC in October 2021, Stefan has held a number of key product and investment roles within global wealth management and asset management in UBS for close to 20 years. In his role of head CIO global investment management, Asia Pacific, Stefan had end-to-end responsibility for discretionary and advisory mandates, funds, alternatives and wealth planning, which included product development, portfolio construction and management, sales and risk management. He was also global head strategist and head of global investment solutions for Asia Pacific at UBS Asset Management.

Stefan is CFA and holds a master’s degree from the University of Zurich and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Stephanie Drescher
Partner, Chief Client & Product Development Officer, Apollo Global Management

Stephanie Drescher is partner, chief client and product development officer at Apollo and a member of the firm’s leadership team. She oversees the client and product solutions group (CPS), which includes Apollo’s global wealth management solutions, institutional sales and global product teams.

Stephanie serves as co-chair of the Apollo Expanding Opportunity Steering Committee as well as the Apollo Women Empower (AWE), Apollo’s women’s network.

Stephanie is currently on the board of directors of ADT Security Services, The Student Leadership Network, Invest in Others and is a part of iCapital’s Board of Observers. She has been named to Barron’s list of 100 Most Influential Women in US Finance. She was recently honoured at Mercado Global’s 10th annual Gala for her work in expanding opportunity for women in the workplace, marketplace, and local communities.

Stephanie graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School. She resides in New York City with her husband and 3 children.

Arnaud Tellier

Arnaud Tellier is CEO, Asia Pacific at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and leads a regional team of around 1,000 private banking professionals across key markets in Asia.

In his role, Arnaud defines the strategic direction of the business while overseeing its day-to-day management. Arnaud is passionate about the business; his hands-on approach ensures clients and their families can better navigate ever-changing markets in Asia, and across the world.

Arnaud brings a multi-disciplinary approach to serving BNP Paribas’ private banking clients, with a background in capital markets and corporate and investment banking. Arnaud has held senior management positions at BNP Paribas for more than 20 years. His most recent role was Head of Wealth Management, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

A Finance graduate of the French Business School, Arnaud is fluent in Spanish, French and English. A family person at heart; he is also an avid sports enthusiast.

Julie Koo
Global Head of Third-Party Manager Solutions, Citi Global Wealth Investments

Julie Koo is global head of third party manager solutions at Citi Global Wealth Investments and is responsible for Citi’s relationships with external fund managers and driving sales and marketing globally. Prior to her current role, Julie was head of Citi investment management sales for Asia Pacific.

Julie joined Citi in 2018 from UBS where she was head of institutional distribution for Asia Pacific. She has over 25 years of investment and asset managing experience and has held leadership roles across international banks and asset managers.

Kewjin Yuoh
Partner & Portfolio Manager, Lord Abbett

Kewjin Yuoh is responsible for contributing to the management of Lord Abbett’s taxable-fixed income strategies with a multi-sector focus on investment grade assets.

Kewjin joined Lord Abbett in 2010 and was named partner in 2012. His previous experience includes serving as portfolio manager of structured products at Sanford Bernstein; portfolio manager of agency mortgage-backed securities at Credit Suisse Asset Management; and senior VP, director of fundamental research for liquid and structured products at AllianceBernstein. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1994.

He earned a BS in operations research and industrial engineering from the Cornell University College of Engineering.

David Burnside
Head of Business Development, Arcmont Asset Management

David Burnside is the head of business development at Arcmont Asset Management. Between 2010 and 2013, David was head of alternatives at BlueBay Asset Management and led the fundraising for Direct Lending Fund I at the launch of the BlueBay Private Debt business. He re-joined the business when Arcmont became independent in 2019.

From 2013, David spent five years at Finisterre Capital, a hedge fund specialising in emerging market debt, initially as head of business development and latterly as COO. Previously, David was head of European Sales at FRM and headed business development in Europe for GSAM’s hedge fund strategies. In 1997, David established the first capital introduction product at a prime broker, at Goldman Sachs. David worked as a lawyer at Morgan Stanley after qualifying as a solicitor at Freshfields, in London and Paris.

David graduated from Cambridge University in law in 1988.

David Shick

David Shick is head Greater China and branch manager Hong Kong at Bank Julius Baer, which he joined in 2016. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for expanding the bank’s business presence and client base in the region. David has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has a broad base of professional and management expertise. Prior to joining Julius Baer, he was market leader China & Taiwan at Credit Suisse’s private banking unit. During his eight years there, he was instrumental in building a successful franchise covering China and Taiwan.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia. He is also a member of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business East Asia Regional Advisory Board and a member of the Executive Committee of the Private Wealth Management Association in Hong Kong.

Eugenia Koh

Eugenia Koh is global head of sustainable finance for the consumer private and business banking division at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, she is responsible for building sustainable finance product capabilities and client engagement tools, and embedding reputational, sustainability and climate risk considerations into governance frameworks and risk management processes to deliver on the division’s net zero commitments. Eugenia partners with bankers to engage clients in conversations to incorporate sustainable investing strategies into their portfolios. She also actively drives industry thought leadership and is a member of the bank’s global sustainable finance governance committee.

She has over 12 years of experience and sustainable development from sustainable investing to corporate social responsibility and experimenting with building a social enterprise to support livelihoods in Cambodia.

She is author of “Dawn Kwan. Art Awakening”, a chronicle of child prodigy Dawn Kwan’s journey as a child artist, which is available in all national libraries in Singapore.

Edith Ang
Head of Family Advisory, Asia Pacific, HSBC Global Private Banking

Edith Ang leads a dedicated team of family office advisory and family governance advisory specialists for HSBC Global Private Banking in Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, she is responsible for working with families to develop holistic, long-term succession plans. This includes the setting up and professionalising of family offices, their alignment to trusts and estate planning, family governance, and next generation development. Together with relationship managers and other specialists, she focuses on bringing a full suite of services for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families.

As Hong Kong and Singapore have identified family offices as a focus area, Edith is one of the key HSBC members who gives regular feedback to government agencies to further develop the family office landscape in both jurisdictions. In addition, Edith works closely with industry practitioners to raise awareness in the space of family office and family governance.

Edith holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Manish Tibrewal

Manish Tibrewal was the chief executive officer at Maitri, an award-winning fund manager and multi-family office in Singapore. He has over 18 years of experience working in various leadership roles across India, Africa, and Singapore at the multi-billion dollar Tolaram group. He is regarded as an expert on risk management and sustainable wealth strategies, and is a senior advisor at the Wealth Management Institute founded by GIC and Temasek. He was instrumental in devising the Family Office Program at the Family Business Network and is a frequent speaker at various prestigious forums.

Jaclyn Kaur
Head of Private Client Services (Wealth Management Singapore), Guotai Junan International Securities

Jaclyn Kaur is a seasoned private banker and is passionate about wealth management, working in the industry for more than 13 years. Recently appointed as head of private clients services for GTJAI, she has been tasked with growing the wealth management unit in Singapore.

Before her role at GTJAI, Jaclyn was with Indosuez Wealth Management for more than five years. She started her career at ANZ Bank Singapore retail bank, where she was consistently the top performer in terms of sales and service quality (having received the EXSA STAR Award).

Jaclyn graduated from Singapore Management University with a Masters of Science in wealth management (MWM). She is also an Industry of Banking and Finance Advanced (Level 2) for Private Banking. She is an avid traveller and has three young children. She is also passionate about mentoring young females in the financial services space and is a mentor with SMU and advising the undergraduates.

Jeffrey Yap
Managing Director, Head of Investments & Wealth Solutions Southeast Asia, HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth

Jeffrey heads the investments and wealth solutions team in Southeast Asia for HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of product and wealth solutions for clients of HSBC’s wealth and personal banking business in Southeast Asia.

Jeffrey has a deep understanding of the trading, investment and risk management of multiple asset classes. He is unique among financial professionals in Asia with his breadth of experience ranging from equities, fixed income, FX, commodities and local currency debt. Furthermore, his strong business acumen, mentoring and leadership experiences have enabled him to build strong businesses and manage successful teams regionally.

Prior to joining HSBC, Jeffrey worked as managing director in PAG, one of Asia’s largest alternative investment firms, and was responsible for the firm’s public fixed income investments.

Jeffrey is a CAIA charter holder and holds an MBA degree from Charles Sturt University, as well as an honours degree from the University of London.

Marco Pagliara
Head of Emerging Markets, Private Bank & Member of the Private Bank Executive Committee, Deutsche Bank

Marco Pagliara was appointed the private bank’s head of emerging markets (EM), including Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa and Latin America, in June 2023. He is a member of the
private bank’s executive committee and reports to Claudio de Sanctis, member of Deutsche Bank’s management board and head of the private bank.

Before relocating to Singapore in August 2023, Marco was Deutsche Bank’s head of international private bank EMEA, CEO of Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and chief country officer for Switzerland, since 2019.

Marco began his career with McKinsey & Company Inc. in Milan before joining Goldman Sachs in 2002. During his 18 years at Goldman Sachs, he held various management positions before becoming head of the wealth management business in continental Europe and Switzerland in Zurich, and where he served as the general manager of Goldman Sachs Bank AG (Switzerland).

Marco holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan, and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School, New York.

Sean Connor
President of Global Private Wealth, Blue Owl Capital

Sean Connor is a managing director at Blue Owl Capital and president of the global private wealth business, where he is responsible for bringing the breadth of the Blue Owl investment platform to the global private wealth market.

Sean is at the forefront of Blue Owl’s private wealth initiatives globally and oversees fund formation and product structure innovation, capital raising, and client servicing. In addition, he oversees business development, marketing, and operations for private wealth at the firm.

In 2020, Sean was recognized by Private Debt Investor as one of the industry’s “Rising Stars”, a list of 40 individuals under the age of 40 with the potential to shape the future of the private debt asset class.

Sean holds a BA in economics from Columbia University. A Philadelphia native, Sean resides in New York City with his wife and two sons.

Teresa Lee

Teresa Lee is the alternate chief executive and head of Greater China with Bank of Singapore (Hong Kong Branch). She also currently serves on the China Committee of the Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA) and is the chair of the Wealth Management Sub Committee of Family Office Association Hong Kong (FOAHK).

Teresa has over 20 years of banking experience, with a focus on private wealth and family office coverage, specialising in providing bespoke and customised solutions for HNW clients in Greater China.

Prior to joining Bank of Singapore in 2017, she was the managing director and head of relationship management for the China market at Standard Chartered Private Bank. In 2006, she was named Private Banker International’s Outstanding Young Private Banker in Asia Pacific in 2006.

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney, with double majors in marketing and management.

Marie Chew

Marie Chew has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Since July 2021, she is responsible for leading advisory and sales efforts for traditional funds, private markets, and hedge funds for UBS Global Wealth Management in Singapore.

Prior to this role, Marie held various sales and business development roles in the asset management industry, most recently with UBS Asset Management for over 7 years, heading up the global wealth management client coverage in Singapore.

Before UBS, Marie headed up business development at E Fund Management (HK), focusing on the institutional and wholesale business for their international business. Prior to that, she was focused on the institutional sales distribution in DBS Asset Management, Acadian Asset Management, as well as State Street Global Advisors.

Debra Tran
Head of Private Banking, CIMB Singapore

Debra joined CIMB Singapore in October 2022 as head of private banking, and is responsible for expanding the growth strategy and market penetration through a sharp focus on CIMB’s Asean connectivity across the group’s networks in the region. Debra has deep management experience in leading teams, with over 17 years in the financial industry, spanning wealth management, sales and investment advisory.

Debra was most recently at Emirates NBD Private Bank since 2013, where she was head of private banking Singapore. Prior to that, Debra worked at HSBC Private Bank in Geneva, Hong Kong, London and Canada.

Jackie Mau
Head of Global Private Banking, HSBC China

Jackie Mau is head of global private banking for HSBC in mainland China. Based in Shanghai, Jackie is responsible for leading the onshore private banking business, growing teams across relationship management, investment counsellors, products and business management to build a differentiated private banking business for HSBC and mainland China.

His team now spans across six cities in mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hangzhou, providing onshore private banking services and bespoke wealth management solutions to serve the increasingly sophisticated HNW and UHNW clients.

Jackie holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Grant Pan
CFO, Noah Holdings; CEO, Noah Hong Kong

Mr. Grant Pan has been CFO of Noah Holdings Limited since 2019. Prior to taking this role, he served as the COO of Gopher Asset Management from 2017 to 2019.

As a veteran in the investment and finance community, Mr. Pan spent 17 years with Deloitte as an audit partner before joining our Group. Mr. Pan worked at Deloitte Boston office from 1999 to 2007, and then at Deloitte headquarter in the US from 2007 to 2009, and at Deloitte Shanghai from 2009 to 2016.

He was also a former member of the accounting research division at Deloitte’s headquarter in the US. He led several Chinese companies’ US listings across various industries. Mr. Pan is certified in public accounting in the US, China, and Hong Kong. He obtained a BA degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, China in 1997, and MS/MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, the US in September 1999.

Angelina Lai
Chief Investment Officer, Asia & Middle East, St. James’s Place

Angelina is a qualified actuary and her career spans across the UK, Europe, the United States and Asia working in life insurance, bancassurance and wealth management, with a focus on asset and liability management, investment and capital matters.

She regularly speaks at industry forums and conferences on topics ranging from asset allocation strategies, alternative investments, the need for advice and how wealth managers can prepare for the future in light of evolving technology and fundraising mechanisms.

Angelina is also passionate about sustainability. She has overseen the implementation of a number of sustainable investment solutions through her career and has been a volunteer with a number of different organisations, including as the editor for a sustainable finance newsletter, a research group on carbon pricing and sequestration, and she is involved in public education events on the topics of ocean conservation and plastic pollution.

Carol Wu
Managing Director & Head of Private Banking, North Asia, DBS Bank (Hong Kong)

Carol Wu is managing director and head of private banking, North Asia at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and is responsible for managing and developing DBS’ private banking business in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Taiwan.

Under her leadership, DBS Hong Kong’s private bank achieved its highest client satisfaction survey results in the history of the bank’s survey in 2022. Carol has also received the Guangdong-HK-Macao Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Award – Best Commercial Service Provider, awarded by the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union in 2022 for her role in driving business growth.

Prior to DBS, Carol served as a strategist for LaSalle Investment Management, where she oversaw and led the investment strategy for a property fund under Jones Lang LaSalle.

Carol has an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and a B.A. in International Relations from the National Taiwan University.

Lemuel Lee
Head of Wealth Management, Hong Kong, BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Lemuel Lee is head of wealth management Hong Kong for BNP Paribas. He is responsible for implementing wealth management’s growth strategy while supporting its teams of talented bankers to deliver value-added solutions to clients in line with the bank’s One-Bank strategy.

Lemuel joined BNP Paribas’ wealth management division in August 2017 as head of investment services, Hong Kong and deputy head of investment services, Asia Pacific. He was responsible for overseeing the delivery of the bank’s investment offering and advisory to clients across traditional and digital channels, the development of discretionary and advisory services as well as the advancement of new initiatives.

Lemuel obtained a master’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Sydney. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Natalie Wong

Natalie Wong heads up the financial institutions group team in Asia ex Japan at Lazard Asset Management. She began working in the financial services industry in 2007. Prior to joining Lazard in 2021, Natalie led the private bank distribution team for the APAC region at Value Partners. Prior to that, she worked in sales and marketing at Credit Suisse Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Eleonore Dachicourt
Head of Sustainable & Responsible Investments, Asia, BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Eleonore Dachicourt, CFA, is the head of sustainable and responsible investments for Asia at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. She is responsible for advising clients on their sustainability journey and works closely with the investment products and services teams as well as ESG stakeholders across the group, towards a holistic sustainable investment offering spanning all asset classes and strategies: from ESG integration to impact investing.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas in 2022, Eleonore was a managing director with Credit Suisse, where her last role was head of sustainable client solutions, global wealth management, where she implemented the group’s sustainability investment strategy for the private bank.

Eleonore graduated with a Masters in Business and Finance from NEOMA Business School and an executive MBA from INSEAD. She is also a CFA Charterholder, holds the CFA ESG Investment certificate and is a professionally certified executive and wellness coach.

Mario Knoepfel
Head, Sustainable Investing Advisory, Asia-Pacific, UBS Global Wealth Management

Mario is the head of sustainable investing advisory for Asia-Pacific. In his role, Mario advises private wealth clients and family offices on sustainability aspects, helping them to incorporate personal values in investment portfolios across asset classes, investing with social and environmental impact through innovative public and private markets solutions and driving education and awareness efforts in the region.

Working for UBS Wealth Management since 2001, Mario moved to Hong Kong in early 2013 to establish the Hong Kong presence of the UBS Optimus Foundation. Prior, he worked for UBS Wealth Management in different positions in Zurich and Moscow with a strong focus on advising the bank’s ultra-high-net-worth clients and developing this client segment strategically.

Mario is a frequent speaker on conferences and featured regularly in media in the region, sharing latest views and trends on sustainable investments and is a member of multiple industry working groups on sustainable finance.
