HSBC Private Bank has made a senior appointment in Singapore for its Greater China franchise, Asian Private Banker has learnt. Jay See will join the British lender in August as a desk head for the offshore China market. See will report to Alex Liu, the bank’s market head for offshore China, sources told APB.
