Asian Private Banker was a proud sponsor of a recent Charity Golf Day hosted by Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong (ADAHK).
On a beautiful winter’s day at the historic Shek O Country Club in Hong Kong, a host of generous donors and supporters were blessed with fine weather and immaculate conditions as they took to the fairways in support of arts development for people with disabilities.
“2026 marks ADAHK’s 40th Anniversary — a milestone that calls for celebration, reflection, and gratitude,” said Cammie Chan, chairperson of the marketing and fundraising committee, ADAHK. “Since 1986, we’ve been opening doors in the arts for people with disabilities and standing as a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families.”
“We are delighted to continue our support of the excellent work in the community that ADAHK performs,” commented Jason Coles, chief operating officer of Asian Private Banker. “Their commitment and drive to promote equal opportunities for artists with disabilities align well with APB’s own values of inclusion and empowerment. The artists they support are truly inspirational, and we are both privileged and proud to partner with everyone belonging to this fabulous organisation.”
ADAHK has been supporting its artists with what truly matters — training, professional development, mentorship, scholarships, and open job opportunities — so they can truly thrive. In 2025, ADAHK artists were invited by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices in New York and Washington D.C. to perform in the United States, and Yang Enhua, a visually impaired erhu player, was named among the top ten award winners at the 6th Danny Awards in the US. These achievements reflect the impact of sustained support and the transformative power of the arts.
The funds raised from the Charity Golf Day will be dedicated to discovering and nurturing more young artists with disabilities, supporting their professional and artistic development, and expanding inclusive opportunities through the arts.
