Singapore FATCA deadline extended

Reporting to the US Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act (FATCA) for Singapore-based financial institutions has been pushed back by two months to enable them to supply additional information. Singapore’s Inland Revenue Authority (IRA) has extended the reporting deadline to 31 July this year.
