Physical Event Guidelines in response to COVID-19

As we look forward to welcoming you to our physical events, the below COVID-19 guidelines have been put together to ensure the safety of all of our guests, clients, and staff. At the same time, these guidelines address the requirements we must fulfil to stage physical events, in compliance with our venue partner and Hong Kong’s Department of Health.

General Venue Requirements

Throughout the Event:

  • Face masks must be worn at all times, unless consuming food or drink (at designated dining areas).

Upon entry at the event venue:

  • All attendees must scan the QR code via the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application on their phones.
  • All attendees will be subject to a temperature check upon entry

Venue Capacity & Seating
[Seating plan & all F&B guidelines are subject to the social distancing measures stipulated by the HKSAR Government)

  • Scenario A – no F&B
    Total headcount must not exceed 50% of the normal seating room capacity
  • Scenario B – with F&B
    i) Maximum 20 persons in a room; Maximum 4 persons per table, with 1.5m distance between tables
    ii) All food items served must be individually plated; with special serving protocol will be in place to ensure hygiene

Venue Preventive Measures

We ensure that we only partner with venues that implement and observe the latest advice and regulations from Hong Kong’s Department of Health. Some measures we ensure are observed, include:

  • All staff must undergo COVID-19 testing once every 14 days and produce a negative result or or have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, recognised for use in Hong Kong
  • Provide 70-80% alcohol-based hand sanitiser across all public areas for guest use, and prepare additional surgical masks available for attendees upon request
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of the premises
