DEFINITIONS

“Asian Private Banker/we/us/our“: Key Positioning Limited of 13/F Greatmany Centre, 111 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, a registered company in Hong Kong.
“Event”, an event operated by Asian Private Banker including a conference, exhibition, summit, seminar, webinar, meeting, workshop, bespoke roundtable, gala dinner, and Online Events.
“Event Sponsor”: a person or company which has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Asian Private Banker
“Event Venue”: the venue at which a physical Event is held
“Participant/You/Your”: an individual who attends an Event in any capacity other than as a representative of Asian Private Banker or of the Event Venue or Online Event Platform

GENERAL EVENT TERMS

Registration and Access to the Event:

  1. When registering for the Event, you must provide us with accurate and complete registration details. It is your responsibility to inform us should there be changes, as access and entry to the Event may require you to provide evidence of your identity. We reserve the right to exclude any individual whose name does not appear on our register of Participants.

    If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your obligation to ensure that the person attending is aware of our Terms and has accepted them.

  2. Asian Private Banker is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our Participants. These Terms include and incorporate our privacy policy, which explains the types of information collected, stored, shared and processed in relation with your registration and participation to the Event, who we share it with and your legal rights.

  3. All Participants will undergo screening by Asian Private Banker. Only confirmed and successful Participants shall be granted access and/or entry to the Event.

General Attendee Terms:

  1. During the Event, you shall conduct yourself in an orderly manner and shall not act in any manner which causes offense, annoyance or inconvenience to other Attendees. We reserve the right to remove any Attendee who we consider in our reasonable opinion contravenes the applicable laws or regulations of our policies or those of the venue.

  2. Participants will be provided with lanyards by the Event that display your name and company name, and feature a barcode that may be scanned for identification purposes. We require all Participants to display their lanyard throughout the duration of the Event – this is non-transferable, and upon request, the Attendee may be required to present identification (via business card) for verification purposes.

    If you do not want us to use your data in any way, you may advise us by emailing [email protected] with a request to opt-out of such communication 7 days prior to the event. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information on how we handle personal data.

  3. The Event is subject to Chatham House Rules. Video shooting and audio recording is not permitted within the venue, and the content of the Event cannot be shared or broadcasted to any publicly accessible channels, unless previously approved by Asian Private Banker.

    By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place. Asian Private Banker reserves the right to use and distribute multimedia to the Event’s Sponsors, for marketing purposes, without obtaining further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish to be featured at the Event, please notify us prior to the Event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.
