Burgundy wines and Asian contemporary art sales boom

Christie’s Hong Kong witnessed its highest ever wine sales in last week’s auction “The Finest & Rarest Wine Sales” bringing in US$1.3 million. While Bordeaux sales continued to show strong growth, Burgundy wines especially Henri Jayer and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti were particularly popular with clients.
