Anurag Agarwal
Head of Portfolio Management, Global Transportation Group, J.P. Morgan Asset Management

Anurag Agarwal, managing director, is the head of portfolio management for the global transportation group in alternatives. Anurag is a senior member of the team, on the investment committee and responsible for client strategy and investor engagement. Anurag has over 20 years of transaction, investment and institutional capital raising experience.

Previously, Anurag was a managing director and partner at Regent Private Capital, a family office where he invested in and managed a portfolio of direct investments in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, services and transportation industries. During this time, Anurag served on the boards of a number of these investments. Anurag has also had roles within the investment banks of JPMorgan and Credit Suisse.

Anurag earned a dual MBA from Boston University, Beta Gamma Sigma and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Pune University, India. He has also been a lecturer and director of faculty at the Graduate School of Business at Boston University, teaching entrepreneurial finance and strategy.

Alex Catterick
Senior Managing Director, Head of Alternative Investment Solutions, Manulife Investments

Alex heads the alternative investment solutions in the private wealth and global retail channel and has responsibility for the private markets retail strategy and the development and growth of products for high-net-worth investors. He has over two decades of experience in alternative investments, wealth management, asset allocation and capital markets, previously serving as regional head of alternative investments for the Americas at HSBC. He also worked at Barclays Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Private Bank and CIBC World Markets.

Albert Yang
Managing Director & Head, Alternative Investments Group, Asia, J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Albert Yang is a Managing Director and the Head of the Alternative Investments Group at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he advises private clients on global alternative investments opportunities. His responsibilities also include sourcing of hedge fund, private equity, real estate and direct deals in Asia.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2011, he was a Vice President on the investment team at Vision Investment Management, an Asian hedge fund-of-funds based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for investment due diligence on all hedge funds that are located in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. From 2003-2008, Mr. Yang worked at Citi Private Bank’s Alternative Investment Advisory Research in New York, USA. While in this capacity, he performed hedge fund due diligence for all non-US funds with a focus on Asian managers. Before joining Citi, Mr. Yang was an investment consultant on alternative and traditional asset classes for pension plans with RogersCasey in Connecticut, USA.

Mr. Yang received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information System from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with distinction. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Prashant Bhayani
Chief Investment Officer, Asia, BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Prashant Bhayani is the chief investment officer, Asia of BNP Paribas Wealth Management based in Singapore. Prashant leads the investment strategy and asset allocation advice in Asia and is a member of the global investment strategy committee.

Prashant joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management in January 2016 from J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he was a senior global investment specialist in Singapore. Before that, he was co-chief investment officer, co-Founder, managing partner of Cork Street Capital Advisors, a global equity alternatives firm based in London. Prior to that, Prashant was head of international equity specialist portfolios at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London. Prashant is a highly accomplished professional who brings over 30 years of experience across asset classes in equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, and alternatives having worked in Asia, United Kingdom and the United States.

Prashant received a BA in Economics at Northwestern University in Evanston in 1991 and a MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France in 1997.

Gabriel Ng
Managing Director, Neuberger Berman

Gabriel Ng is a managing director of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Private Equity in 2018, Gabriel was part of the GIC Private Equity Funds and Co-investments Group, where he focused on global secondary transactions. Previously, he worked at Providence Equity Partners in Hong Kong, where he focused on buyout and growth transactions in the Asia Pacific region. Gabriel also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Asia M&A group. Gabriel received a BS in Economics, with honors (Magna Cum Laude), from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Calvin Lim
Alternative Investment Specialist, Manulife Investments

Based in Singapore, Calvin is responsible for the firm’s range of private market capabilities, across private equity, private credit, real assets, and natural capital in Asia.

He works alongside distribution teams in the region to deliver the firm’s suite of private market investment solutions to clients. Prior to joining Manulife, he was a Product Specialist in the Private Markets & Alternatives team at Bank of Singapore where he was responsible for the origination, due diligence and advisory of private market fund, direct investments and hedge fund solutions for the global private wealth client base. He started his career with Goldman Sachs in Singapore.

Calvin holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from Singapore Management University.

Winnie Liu
Head of Alternatives, Hong Kong, Asia, HSBC Global Private Banking

Winnie joined HSBC in 2018 and is responsible for formulating alternative investments strategy and leading a team advising private banking clients on investing in alternative products, private equity, hedge funds and real estate. Prior to joining HSBC, Winnie held several research roles specialising on private equity and venture capital investments in Asia by global PE firms and institutional investors.

Winnie holds a Master of Science degree in global finance from New York University Stern School of Business and HKUST Business School.

James Savastano
Head of Asia Pacific & Investment Strategist, Lord Abbett

James Savastano is Head of Asia Pacific & Investment Strategist at Lord Abbett, where he leads the firm’s investment engagement and strategic expansion across the Asia Pacific region. He partners with institutional investors and private wealth clients -including sovereign entities, pension funds, insurance groups, endowments, private banks, and family offices to provide insights on investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk positioning, and long-term capital deployment across public and private markets.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Savastano led Lord Abbett’s EMEA institutional strategy and investment engagement, advising institutional investors on asset allocation, risk management, and long-term capital deployment across fixed income and alternative credit strategies. Previously, he worked at Lazard, where he advised institutional investors on capital allocation and portfolio construction across both traditional and alternative asset classes. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2014. He holds a BA in Global Business from the University of South Wales and the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation. He is also a member of CFA Society Singapore and CFA Society Hong Kong.

Wong Meng Keet
Managing Director & Head of Managed Products & Sustainable Investing, UOB Private Bank

Meng Keet is the head of managed product solutions at UOB Private Bank. He oversees both the fund due diligence and fund advisory teams. In this role, he evaluates and advises on all long-only and alternative investment funds and mandates.

Prior to joining UOB Private Bank, Meng Keet was a Partner and Senior Analyst at Albourne Partners. Albourne is the world’s largest alternative investment advisory with over USD 700 billion in assets under advice. At Albourne, Meng Keet advised a wide range of institutional investors, including sovereign funds, state and corporate pension plans, endowments and foundations as well as family offices on alternative investment allocations.

Meng Keet is a former associate director with UBS AG in Hong Kong. Meng Keet has a BA in history from Yale University, an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in law from Wolfson College, Cambridge University.

Gabriel Ng
Managing Director, Neuberger Berman

Gabriel Ng is a managing director of Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Private Equity in 2018, Gabriel was part of the GIC Private Equity Funds and Co-investments Group, where he focused on global secondary transactions. John Lee
Partner, Lexington Partners

John Lee is a Partner responsible for the Asia business of Lexington Partners. Based in Hong Kong, he is primarily engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of private equity investments in Asia.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2014, Mr. Lee was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Lee graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics.

Pamela Fung
Managing Director, Morgan Stanley Private Equity Solutions

Pamela is a partner and investment committee member for the Morgan Stanley Private Equity Solutions Team and has 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Pamela was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company’s corporate finance practice in Hong Kong, responsible for investment opportunity identification, deal advisory, merger management and strategy development. Previously, she was a management consultant with Monitor Group, specialising in marketing strategy for clients across Asia, and a member of the corporate finance team with Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong. Pamela has a Law degree (first class honors) from the University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A. with honors in finance and management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephanie Hui
Head, Private & Growth Equity, Asia Pacific; Head, Asia Pacific Private Investing; Global Co-head & Co-chief investment Officer, Growth Equity, Goldman Sachs Asset Management

Stephanie Hui is head of private and growth equity in Asia Pacific, head of Asia Pacific private investing and global co-head and co-chief investment officer of growth equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Stephanie initially joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an analyst. She worked in the Principal Investment Area in New York and then transferred to Hong Kong in 1997. Stephanie left Goldman Sachs in 1998 to attend graduate school, rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became an executive director in 2003. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2010.

Stephanie is a member of the global Board of Trustees of Asia Society. She also serves on the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women’s Foundation.

Stephanie earned an AB in biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.

Stephen Sheung
Head of Alternative Investments and Managed Solutions, Investment Solutions Group, Hong Kong, Bank of Singapore

Stephen Sheung is team head, alternative investments & managed solutions, investment solutions group Hong Kong, at Bank of Singapore.

In this role, he leads a team of product specialists to drive the overall growth of the bank’s managed investments and alternative investments business. Stephen is experienced in portfolio advisory, portfolio management and investment strategy at various financial institutions including UBS Global Wealth Management and HSBC Global Private Banking.

Stephen holds a Master of International & Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Mathematics (actuarial science) from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He is a certified CFA and FRM, and has obtained the CFA Certificate in ESG investing.

Chee Jiun Wen
Head of Alternative Investments, Bank of Singapore

Chee Jiun Wen is the head of private markets and alternatives at Bank of Singapore, responsible for the due diligence and advisory of private market fund investments, hedge funds and liquid alternatives.

He joined from Julius Baer, where he focused on fund selection and advisory in Asia. Jiun Wen has prior experience at Partners Group and Cambridge Associates, assessing and selecting fund managers, providing consulting and investment solutions across asset classes and developing strategic partnerships in Asia. He started his career in Goldman Sachs and has a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Walter Zhang
Head of Private Markets Investor Relations, Asia, Indosuez Wealth Management

Walter Zhang joined CA Indosuez in 2023 and is the head of private markets investor relations in Asia. He is responsible for developing and strengthening the deployment of the Private Markets offering for the Asian clients.

Prior to joining CA Indosuez, Walter had close to a decade of extensive investment experience across reputable PE players, including HarbourVest Partners, Brookfield and Cambridge Associates. With a strong investment background, he has deep knowledge in private equity, co-investment and secondary markets. This provides Walter with a competitive edge in providing deep insights and market updates to clients in both Singapore and Hong Kong branches.

Walter holds double degrees in business administration (BBA) and bachelor of industrial systems engineering (1st class Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He is also both a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and chartered alternative investment analyst (CAIA) charter holder.

Walter is fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Foochow.

Adrian Zuercher is co-head global asset allocation and co-head global investment management APAC at UBS Global Wealth Management. He co-chairs the tactical investment forum, the global portfolio construction meeting, and is a member of the global investment committee which defines the UBS CIO house-view. In his global IM APAC capacity, he is responsible for investment fund selection, portfolio management, and product development. Adrian oversees regionally discretionary and advisory mandates, investment and alternatives funds, sustainable investing, and the wealth planning offering.

Before joining UBS, Adrian was head of multi-asset emerging market strategy and global asset allocation at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Hong Kong and Zurich. Adrian holds an MSc in finance and economics from the University of Bern and is a CFA charterholder.

Tim Huang
Partner, Lexington Partners

Tim Huang is a Partner of Lexington Partners and a member of the secondary investment committee. Based in Hong Kong, Tim is responsible for Lexington’s Asia business and primarily engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of non-US private equity and alternative investments, and the origination of non-US equity co- investments.

Prior to joining Lexington in 2011, Mr. Huang was an executive director in private equity at LGT Capital Partners and prior to that, he spent time with Investment AB Kinnevik, Merrill Lynch and Gartner Group.

Mr. Huang graduated from Cornell University with a BS in business administration and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA.

Michael Ostro
Head of Private Markets, Asia, Union Bancaire Privée

Michael Ostro, who joined UBP in 2016, is the head of UBP’s private markets group (PMG) in Asia. Having started as an investment specialist, he then shifted focus to market development.

Prior to joining the UBP PMG, Michael was an investment analyst on the trading desk of a multi-family office in London, ACPI Investment Managers (acquired by UBP), from 2016 to 2018. Before beginning his career in finance, he spearheaded the retail expansion of his family business, Ostro Minerals, from 2010 to 2016.

Michael graduated with Distinction from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 2015 and held a place on the University Dean’s List for six semesters.

Jason Ng
Co-Head, Alternatives & Strategic Solutions Specialists Asia, Bank Julius Baer

Jason Ng is an executive director and co-head of the alternative & strategic solutions specialists Asia team at Bank Julius Baer. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for alternatives investments advisory (comprising hedge funds, private equity and private credit) and facilitating third party investment banking / corporate finance advisory and financing solutions for clients of Bank Julius Baer.

Prior to joining Bank Julius Baer in 2017, Jason was an investment banker with Evercore and Credit Suisse, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private and public capital fund raising, and structured financing.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours in Finance) from The University of Melbourne.

Derek Craig
Director, Global Client Solutions, KKR

Derek Craig joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the global client solutions. He is the infrastructure K-Series specialist focused on capital raising activities across the globe. Prior to joining KKR, he was a vice president at Brookfield Asset Management, where he participated in capital raising efforts on the wealth solutions team. Previously, he was a director at UBS responsible for investor relations across their discretionary platform. He received a B.S. in business management and a B.A. in psychology from Bucknell University and is a chartered alternative investment analyst (CAIA).

Lily Chan
Head of Alternative Capital Markets Group Asia, Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management

Lily is responsible for the Asia Alternative Capital Markets Group (ACM). ACM is responsible for sourcing, creating, marketing and providing ongoing investor relations for the alternative investments offered by the firm. These include private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, mezzanine funds, opportunistic funds, co-invest opportunities and private placements. Lily joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in 2012 and was named managing director in 2017.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Lily was on the hedge fund investment team at Archer Asia, an Asian focused fund of funds, where her responsibilities included portfolio management, investment due diligence and hedge fund advisory services. Prior to that, she was at Credit Suisse Asset Management and KBC Asia Fund of Funds. She worked at KBC Fund of Funds during the Institutional Year of the Year 2005 and Best Asian Fund of Funds 2007 Eurekahedge. In this role she was responsible for hedge fund investment due diligence, manager selection and advisory services.

Lily earned a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from the University of Queensland in Australia.

Mischa Bitton
Head, Alternative Investments, Wealth Management, Standard Chartered Bank

Mischa joined Standard Chartered Bank in June 2019. Based in Singapore, he is leading the alternative investments team overseeing hedge funds and private markets products. Prior to that, Mischa worked for DBS Bank and Societe Generale Private Banking where he held various positions in Asia and in Europe as product manager in the fund team, covering both traditional and non-traditional investments. He has more than 10 years of experience in the fund management industry. Mischa holds an MSc in finance and banking from the University Paris II Assas and is CAIA Charterholder.

Antoine des Noyers
Executive Director, Head of Alternative Investments, Southeast Asia, J.P. Morgan Private Bank

Antoine des Noyers is a senior product specialist within the alternative investments group of J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. Based in Singapore, Antoine leads the alternative investments practice for Southeast Asia and advises private clients across the region on the construction of hedge fund, private equity, private debt and real asset portfolios.

Before relocating to Singapore in September 2022, Antoine was based in Geneva, where he co-led the alternative investments practice for Europe and the Middle-East, covering entrepreneurs, financial executives as well as a significant number of large institutional family offices.

Antoine has been with the firm since 2010. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan and relocating to Switzerland, Antoine began his career as an equity buy-side analyst and worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management, DNCA Finance and Aberdeen Asset Management in France and in Singapore.

Antoine holds a master’s degree in finance from Audencia Group (Nantes, France) and is CAIA charter holder.

Joffrey Desrousseaux

Joffrey Desrousseaux is the executive director, head of product management, capital market products & managed solutions for DBS Private Bank in Hong Kong.

Joffrey Desrousseaux brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management products solutions.

Prior to joining DBS, Joffrey started his career as a quantitative analyst, and successively held positions as interest rates trader and structurer, then moved to UBS Wealth Management in both Singapore and Hong Kong where he was in the fixed income sales and advisory team. Joffrey holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics and computer science from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France.

William Ma
Global Chief Investment Officer, GROW Investment Group

William is a part of the first generation of hedge fund managers in Asia with over 20 years of investment experience. Formerly the chief investment officer of Noah Holdings / Gopher Asset Management, with a cumulative management scale of over RMB 80 billion.

He is an ex co-founder of Penjing Asset Management (PAM), managing USD 2 billion in client assets at the time. PAM was then acquired by Gottex Fund Management (GFM) which is a swiss-listed alternative investment management company with USD 22 billion under management. William acted as the Asia chief investment officer after the acquisition.

William is also a Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Finance QDLP advisor, Eurekahedge Asia Hedge Fund Award judge, SBAI Asia Pacific Committee Member, CAIA Global Board of Director. He has been a part of numerous fund award wins including the Golden Bull Award – Best Domestic Fund of Hedge Funds in China, awards from InvestHedge, HFM and AsianInvestor. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Hong Kong, and a master’s degree in business administration (finance and e-commerce) from the University of San Francisco.

Connie Sin
Head of Funds & Alternatives, International Wealth Management, Nomura International (Hong Kong)

Connie Sin is head of funds and alternatives for international wealth management, responsible for leading and developing strategy for the managed fund business across the region. Connie embarks a strategic evolution to build a more dynamic and client-focused fund division by balancing innovative product offerings with strong advisory services.

Connie has worked in the wealth management and asset management industry for two decades, holding various capacities including fund advisor and investment director. Prior to joining Nomura, Connie held a similar capacity as head of managed investment with Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, responsible for the managed investments distribution business and overall strategy.

Prior to that, Connie was executive director for the fund advisory team at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. She has worked in a number of reputable financial institutions including Citibank, AIG Private Bank, CLSA Asia, and Noble Apex.

Connie is a CFA charterholder and holds a master’s degree in China business from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of British Columbia, Canada.

Sean Wong
Head of Product Management, Managed Solutions, DBS Bank

Sean Wong joined DBS Bank in 2024 as the head of product management for managed solutions, where he oversees the selection, due diligence, and onboarding of all managed funds onto DBS’ global platform.

Sean has over 17 years of investment experience. Prior to DBS, Sean was the head of investments at Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform, where he looked after the investment research, investment advisory, and portfolio construction functions for the firm.

Before that, Sean spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia, as head of sales and distribution of its managed solutions platform.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northwestern University, with a minor in business institutions.
