Safra Sarasin believes that emerging market (EM) local currency (LC) bonds are attractive at current valuations since downside risks are “well contained”. “Emerging markets are currently going through a good moment in terms of improving economic activity,” the bank said in its latest investment note, adding however that not all EM asset classes are benefiting to the same extent….
