RBS Coutts today (May 11) announced the appointment of Ignatius KK (Iggy) Chong as head of private banking, north Asia. Chong was as of yesterday “acting” head following the surprise departure of the former north Asia head, Esther Heer, from the bank, last Friday. Based in Hong Kong, Chong has responsibility for the China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Philippine markets….
