Bryan Goh
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Tsao Family Office Pte. Ltd.

Bryan has over 25 years of investment experience managing global multi asset portfolios. He has varied experience from managing Asian and European equities at Arab Bank to managing hedge fund portfolios at Oaks Family Office. He also has business experience co-founding First Avenue Partners, an alternative investment advisory business in London, and later heading alternative investments at DBS Private Bank. Bryan was CIO of Bordier Singapore before joining Tsao Family Office Pte. Ltd., family office of the Tsao Group, as CEO/CIO.

Jessica Cutrera
Founding Partner, Responsible Officer and Compliance Officer, The Capital Company Hong Kong Limited

Jessica is a Founding Partner, Responsible Officer and Compliance Officer of The Capital Company Hong Kong Limited, an independent asset management firm formed in the beginning of 2017.

Prior to her time at The Capital Company, Jessica co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in 2008, and served as a Responsible Officer and head of Operations and Compliance for the firm until the end of 2016. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice during their time at EXS, which is part of the core of their new joint venture The Capital Company.
Jessica is an expert in many areas including tax, financial, and estate planning and she specializes in serving Americans living in Asia. She and her team provide fee-based comprehensive wealth management and planning services to U.S. citizens in Asia and to persons with U.S. related planning needs. Over the last fifteen years, Jessica has built a comprehensive wealth management practice from the ground up and established an active presence across Asia-Pacific.
Before she moved to Asia, Jessica worked as a Registered Representative for Charles Schwab. She continues to be licensed in the U.S. today as a Registered Investment Advisor, insurance professional, and Trust and Estate Practitioner, and serves clients in the U.S. and across Asia Pacific.
While in Tokyo she completed her MBA at Temple University Japan. She also spent a year in AmeriCorps, the domestic Peace Corp, working with individuals with severe disabilities.
Jessica lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two children. She is active in the American Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong, the American Women’s Association, and supports a variety of nonprofit organizations around the region. Jessica is currently active in the Girl Scouts as an adult volunteer and an avid runner and cyclist with the Hong Kong Tritons.

Lincoln Ellis
Senior Investment Strategist, Global Family Office, Northern Trust Asset Management

Lincoln S. Ellis is the Senior Investment Strategist & CIO in Northern Trust’s Global Family Office and Private Investment Company practice. In this capacity, Lincoln works with Chief Investment Officers, investment staff and their families on portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager selection and program implementation. Lincoln is also tasked with managing investment programs for some of the firm’s most important relationships.

He is a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee and the Institutional Group’s Multi-Manager Solutions – Investment Oversight Committee. Lincoln began his professional career as a journalist with the Associated Press. After graduate school Ellis went to Columbia University as a start-up entrepreneur using a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to explore the early effects of the internet on publishing – specifically in the disciplines of Politics and Economics. At Columbia he developed a stable of global content contributors and subscribers to one of the world’s first online research tools and in the process creating the most profitable business at Columbia University’s Press.

Lincoln began his investment career at Morgan Stanley & Co in the late 1990s spending time with a number of different business units and ultimately acting as the Chief Investment Officer for a team of 3 with 20 relationships and close to $2Billion dollars in AUM/AUA.

Since leaving Morgan Stanley in 2005, Lincoln formed his own advisory practice, Astor Janssen, where he advised wealthy families, single and multi family offices as well as institutions on asset allocation, risk management , manager due diligence and investment vehicle creation. He was portfolio manager for a multi-manger fund of funds in the commodity space named Poplar Jackson and more recently has run the proprietary Global Macro and Fixed Income investment vehicles at Astor Janssen. Lincoln has advised or managed over $10Billion over the course of his firm’s work.

Lincoln earned his masters degree in Political Science in 1996, the same year he completed his PhD coursework – also in politics – at the Graduate Faculty of The New School for Social Research in New York City. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Valparaiso University in Indiana.

Sebastian Enberg (Moderator)
Editor, Asian Private Banker

Sebastian Enberg is the Editor of Asian Private Banker. His background is in international politics, and Chinese foreign policy and security.

Sebastian graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Master of Strategic Studies majoring in Strategic Intelligence, and more recently, from the City University of Hong Kong with a Master of Arts. In 2012, Sebastian was awarded the university’s Top Scholar Prize for his cohort.
