Income Week Webinar Series: Electrifying a portfolio with energy transition opportunities

Rising populations, rising incomes, urbanization. These are a few key factors driving estimates to indicate a 40% increase in the consumption of raw materials over the next two decades, particularly for energy.

As the world shifts away from fossil-based energy, and trillions of US dollars are expected to be redirected to renewable energy – producing it, making it more efficient, improving the technology and transportation, and, most importantly, making it accessible – energy transition has become a focal point in the movement toward greater sustainability.

Decarbonising, decentralising and digitalising the global energy system presents a raft of thematic opportunities that can enhance investors’ portfolios, as well as generate sustainable, and attractive returns. To understand what those opportunities are, and how to capture them, join global leaders in sustainable investing for a lively discussion on why the transition of the global energy system is one of the hottest themes for 2021 and beyond.
