Having joined Citi over 20 years ago, Benjamin Choo’s journey began as a relationship manager with Citigold Private Client before joining the Private Bank in 2009 under Citi’s cross-franchise programme.

He has since risen to become a team head for the Singapore market, leading a group of UHNW and HNW bankers while also managing a select book of family office and UHNW clients.

Choo’s early years at Citi laid the foundation for a multifaceted approach to client servicing, allowing him to cultivate over two decades of trusted relationships with key clients.

His extensive experience equips him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of wealth management in the dynamic Singapore market, positioning him as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Throughout his career, Choo has earned several Chairman Council awards, a prestigious accolade within Citi Private Bank reserved for individuals who have made significant contributions to the success of the franchise across various categories.

He strongly believes in nurturing a pipeline of exceptional young talent to help drive the mission and purpose of Citi Wealth.

Beyond his professional responsibilities at Citi Private Bank, Choo enjoys travelling, practising yoga, and taking slow jogs to balance his daily routine.
